All of the recipes on this website have very small amouts of sugar and contain all whole foods. Also, our of our recipes have no refined sugar. Refined sugar is a carbohydrate use as a sweetener or preservative, and it is very bad for you. Once you get all the refined sugar out of your system you won't crave sweets as much. Don't get tricked by artificial sweetners. They are worse for you than refined sugar because of the chemicals.
